General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of 3Dock UG (limited liability) for the platform 3dock.de

  • Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between 3Dock UG (limited liability) and its customers in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.

  • Subject matter of the contract

These terms and conditions regulate the use of the online 3D printing platform 3dock.de. The platform enables users to place and manage 3D printing orders online.

  • Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the services on the platform does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only concluded when the customer places a binding order and it is accepted by 3Dock UG.

  • Prices and payment terms

The prices indicated on the platform are exclusive of statutory sales tax, as the platform is primarily aimed at companies. Payment terms are determined during the ordering process.

  • Service provision

3Dock UG undertakes to carry out the ordered 3D printing orders to the best of its knowledge and belief and in accordance with the current state of the art.

  • Copyright and Rights of Use

The customer guarantees that he has all necessary rights to the data transmitted for 3D printing. 3Dock UG is not liable for any infringement of copyrights by data provided by the customer.

  • Liability

The liability of 3Dock UG for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, provided that these breaches of duty do not involve damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

  • Right of withdrawal and tariff plans General Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days from receipt of the goods.

  • Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code).

Since all 3D printing orders on 3dock.de are manufactured according to the customer’s individual requirements and specifications, these products are to be considered custom-made.

For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal for these products.

  • Customer information

Customers are clearly informed on the platform and during the ordering process about the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made products.

It is recommended that customers review their order carefully before placing a binding order.

  • Queries

If you have any questions about the right of withdrawal or the properties of the custom-made products, customers can contact 3dock.de customer service.

  • Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the data protection regulations, which can be viewed on the 3dock.de website.

  • Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The law shall take the place of the invalid provision.
